Due to this 2013 Toyota Hilux being predominantly used on a farm, it didn’t take long for the DPF (diesel particulate filter) to start causing issues.
It was decided the best course of action would be to remove the system completely to prevent any engine damage and issues in the future. 
We removed the DPF, cut, removed the filter, rewelded and then refitted to the vehicle. We also blanked the EGR valve system.
Following the work we reflashed the ECU with a Stage 1 map, DPF and EGR delete.
